Bah! Zum ersten Mal in meinem Leben (und, ja, ich will Ärztin werden, lasst mich doch :P) habe ich Lymphknoten ertastet.
Meine eigenen.
Am Hals, die Nodi lymphatici cervicalis anteriores, genauer gesagt die Nodi lymphatici superficiales. Erm, ja. Die liegen direkt unter derm Unterkieferwinkel (Angulus mandibullaris) und ziehen an der Jugularis weiter runter. Bei mir kann man aber ganz oben jeweils einen rechts und links fühlen.
Kein Wunder, wo ich doch schon ein paar Tage immer wieder Halsschmerzen hab.
Ich geh weiter tasten - obwohl das scheiße weh tut!

On my neck, the anterior cervical lymphatic nodes, to be precisely, it's the superficial lymphatic nodes.
Erm, yes. They lie directly under the angle of the lower jaw (Angulus mandibullaris) and draw down along the jugularis. I can feel the two nodes at the top, just below the jaw, one left and right each.
Considering that I had a sore throat on and off this week it's not very uncommon or unheard of.
I'm off feeling myself up some more :P - although it hurts like hell.
