1) scap3goat is, this shouldn't be too hard to see, a slightly altered form of "scapegoat". A "scapegoat" is a person blamed for a situation or event for which they are either not to blame at all or only had little doing in it.
Since the nick scapegoat was taken already at photobucket I exchanged the e for a 3 and here we go.
scap3goat was born.
