Consultation of the scales this morning:
Pure. HORROR.
5 kilos in 5 weeks.
I'm off the carbohydrates now. Serious.
And I'm going to work out. Running every day, 50 press-ups (in small doses - more later), 250 sit-ups (for now, I plan to double that in a week and maybe then some) and maybe some knee-bends.
For lunch I'm having tuna salad. A can of tuna with red chili paste and some belly pepper and some lettuce. We're mostly out of protein sources (we only have that shitty sugared "vitality" stuff), but I think we're going to have chicken tonight, yay!
I'm not going to buy that iPod until I lost some serious weight. I need to get fit for the Army anyway.
