Im Film "Star Trek" ("Raumschiff Enterprise") IV droht unser Heimatplanet im 23. Jahrhundert vernichtet zu werden, weil die Signale einer rätselhaften fremden Sonde an eine irdische Intelligenz nicht beantwortet werden: Die Sonde versucht nämlich, wie sich herausstellt, mit Buckelwalen Kontakt aufzunehmen. Und leider sind die Wale im 21. Jahrhundert ausgestorben ...

Beim "Raumschiff Enterprise" gibt es den Warp-Antrieb und die Möglichkeit der Zeit-Reise, um verschwundene Tierarten wieder hervorzuzaubern. In der Realität geht das wohl bis auf weiteres nicht...

Seit Montag "leide" ich unter einem absoluten Appetit tief. Es ist soweit gekommen, dass ich tatsächlich am Dienstag Abend noch zwei TK Pizzen gekauft habe, damit ich auf meine Kalorienzahl komme (aber ich hab natürlich nur eine gegessen). Irgendwie war ich erst etwas besorgt, aber ich glaube ich sollte mich solange daran freuen wie's anhält und hoffen, dass das nie weg geht.

Ich hab einfach immer schon zuviel gekocht und konsequenterweise zuviel gegessen. Heute hatte ich zwei Scheiben Toast mit Spiegelei, einen kleinen Salat, eine halbe Pizza und werde mir jetzt ein bissl Tomatensuppe mit Tortellini machen.
Hach, ich freu mich irgendwie, dass mir beim Anblick von zuviel Essen richtiggehend schlecht wird. Normale Portionen würde ich im Moment einfach nicht essen können.

Mein Plan ist nämlich bis zur MT Klausur so viel abgenommen zu haben, dass ich meinen Kilt wieder anziehen kann (könnte ich jetzt schon, sähe scheiße aus), um Uwe zu ärgern.

Got that since I hit my knee Sunday morning and now I'm limping along, have problems with stairs but over all I'm quite happy that it isn't a haematoma in the joint itself.

Hurts and I spent another 2h in the ER, but now I got meds, cream and bandages to content myself with...

I was just reading a nice story when something totally made me snap out of it:
Bessa had the look of an air spirit, transformed out of her clothing from gangly, pale and too thin to elegant, lithe and otherworldly. Her skin was translucent, dusted with light freckles like gold dust in places, and at her pulse points the fine blue lines of her veins were visible beneath the skin.
